These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the QuizPaws service (the “Service”). By using the Service (web version and/or mobile app, if available), you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are

2. Definitions
“Account” means your user account on the Service (created/identified via Google sign-in).
“Content” means any information, materials, or data provided through the Service.
“User Content” means content or data that you create or provide while using the Service (including your results, answers, settings, inputted text, etc., depending on the features).
3. Service access and Account
To use the Service, you may need to:
- Sign in with a Google account.
- Provide accurate information (as required by the Service).
You are responsible for activities performed through your Account.
You must keep your Account access secure and not share it with others.
4. User age
The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by law in your country to use online services).
If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your country), you confirm that you have parental or legal guardian consent to use the Service and accept these Terms.
5. Permitted Use and Prohibitions
You agree to:
- Use the Service only lawfully.
- Not interfere with the operation of the Service or create excessive load.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Not use automated means (bots, scripts) unless we explicitly allow it.
- Not use the Service for spam, fraud, deception, or violating others’ rights.

We may use technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse and protect the Service and users.
6. Gameplay, Results, and Sharing
The Service allows you to:
- Play games or quizzes.
- Save your results.
- Share your results with other users.
You agree that:
- Shared results may be visible to other users or third parties if you post them (for example, via a link or sharing).
- We do not guarantee that results will be preserved in the event of technical issues, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Inviting Other Users
The Service may allow inviting others via referral links.
You agree not to use these features for:
- Spam.
- Unwanted or mass messaging.
- Misleading or deceptive practices toward other users.
8. User Content
You are responsible for your User Content on the Service.
You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, reproduce, and display that content to the extent necessary for:
- Operating and supporting the Service.
- Displaying your results/progress.
- Enabling sharing features you initiate.
If you share content publicly (e.g. results via a link), you acknowledge that third parties may view that information.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Service — including code, design, interface, content (other than User Content), trademarks and branding — belong to the Service owner or are used by permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
Any unauthorized use may result in termination of access to the Service.
10. Paid Features, Purchases, and Refunds
As of the Last Updated date, the Service may be free or may contain paid features (depending on platform/version).
If we introduce paid features, we will notify users via the Service or payment page.
If you make purchases in the mobile app via Google Play (e.g. subscriptions or in-app purchases), payment processing, subscription management, and refund policy will follow Google Play’s rules and may vary by purchase type, timing, and user location.
11. Service Availability and Changes
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted access.
- Error-free operation.
- Availability at all times.
We may modify, update, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part). If changes are material, we will try to provide notice in advance. However, for security, abuse prevention, or legal reasons, changes or access restrictions may be applied without notice.
12. Suspension and Account Deletion
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:
- You violate these Terms.
- There is a security risk to the Service or other users.
- It is required by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Loss of data or results.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Any consequences of using or being unable to use the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where not allowed by law (such as intentional harm, fraud, etc.), and does not affect your mandatory consumer rights.
14. Privacy
Handling of personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to the Terms
We may change these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms take effect upon posting unless otherwise stated. We will try to notify users of significant changes through the Service or other means.
Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, these Terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under those laws.
17. Other Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
